Contributions will be drafted monthly in the amount selected, with the payment method selected.
Subscribers may use contributions toward all original art, prints, and jewelry in the Shop at www.ejmontelongo.com/shop
Purchase Options
Subscribers may make their purchase and contact the artist for a refund up to amount contributed, with credit and discount applied.
Upon request, subscribers will be e-mailed coupon codes for use of total contributions, plus applicable credit and discount.
For direct arrangement of purchase, items not listed in the shop, artwork seen at a show, please contact the artist.
To use contributions toward purchases, subscribers must contact the artist using the email used to subscribe.
Cancelations & Refunds
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Contributions are non-refundable.
Contributions do not expire as credit toward original art, prints, and jewelry in Shop www.ejmontelongo.com/shop

Exclusions
Contributions, credits, and discounts do not apply to items in Shop section "Made by Magui."
Contributions, credits, and discounts do not apply to products in Shop section, "Books & Gifts."
Contributions, credits, and discounts do not apply to commissions.
Shipping
Although most items include free shipping, credits do not apply to shipping costs or sales tax.
Contributions cannot be applied toward shipping to addresses outside the continental U.S.A.
Ending Subscription
Subscribers may end a subscription via PayPal or contact EJM at info@ejmontelongo.com at least 15 days before the next subscription contribution is due. The cancellation will be effective 14 days after an email is received at info@ejmontelongo.com from the e-mail address used to subscribe that notes the name of the person who subscribed and states, "I would like to cancel my EJM Art Subscription."

Purchase Policy
Payments accepted via PayPal and credit card. Installment payments are accepted, at no additional charge. Sales tax is included in the listed price of artwork. (All prices of taxable items include sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest cent.)
Artwork will be shipped to the address used for payment, within the continental United States. Please contact for shipment to other states, territories, or countries. Art is shipped within 7 business days of receiving full payment.
Refunds & Exchanges: Please contact within 5 calendar days of artwork delivery. Refunds will require a return shipping tracking number with signature confirmation and items must arrive in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Copyright, and Appropriate Use, and Resale
All artwork shown and sold on www.ejmontelongo.com was created by myself, Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo. According to current copyright law, I retain all copyrights for 70 years beyond my lifetime. It is prohibited to exhibit, publish, license, reproduce or create derivative versions of my artwork without my written permission. Images of the artwork may be shared for non-commercial purposes, online and in print, no larger than three inches in any dimension, when attributed to me as follows "Art by Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo" or "[Name of Artwork] by Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo". Artwork purchases are for exhibition in personal areas, such as home or office, and other manner of personal enjoyment. Resale is permitted according to California Civil Code § 986 which mandates a percent of resale royalties to the artist. Please contact for licensing: info@ejmontelongo.com
